No washed product can be returned (unless exceptional appreciation by HYRAW.COM, eg in case of a proven defect on the product).

In this case, the return shipping costs remain at your expense.
Send us the goods by post, including:
- Copy of your initial invoice
- The complete explanation of your return on plain paper with your choice for the payment of the return costs:
Choice 1 "I authorize Hyraw design to debit 6 euros from the credit card used for the initial order".
